Our Love Story...

If we had to tell you one thing about us... it would be that we're so thankful. Thankful that God brought us together. In life, you interact with a lot of
different people, but only once in a lifetime do you find someone who is your perfect match. We're so excited to be getting married, and most of all,
excited to share our lives with one another. We are also grateful for the support from our family and friends over the past two years and feel blessed
to have all of you in our lives.

We look forward to sharing this special moment with you!

I do!

Kelle Lyons01.08.1987

Kelle is amazing. When I first met her, I knew she was amazing and every passing day reminds me of just how amazing she is!

I really love her incredible and unique blend of talents, interests, and personality. She's a talented artist and a beautiful spirit, and a genuinely loving person.

She's everything I've always dreamed of and I'm so excited to spend the rest of my life with her!

Me too!

Scott Thompson07.29.1989

Someone once told me that "when you meet the right person, you'll know." Well, I just knew. Right away, we connected in a way that left me feeling whole and complete.

Scott has a truly amazing heart and I love how genuine and balanced he is about everything.

I am so incredibly blessed and excited to spend everyday for the rest of my life with my best friend!

Today and always, beyond tomorrow, I need you beside me, always as my best friend, lover and forever soul mate.

May 17: She Saw Him (Online)

Scott and Kelle crossed paths on CatholicMatch.com She was attracted to the beard. She clicked and fell in love almost immediately. She sent him a message...and waited.

Scott never saw the message...

July 02: He Finally Saw The Message

Scott discovered that Facebook puts messages from people that aren't your friends into a folder and doesn't tell you that they're there..at all. But, on July 2nd, he finally saw a message from a cute girl saying she wants to get to know him.

And just like that, our future together was born. You know it was a match made in heaven that within the first minutes of talking, conversation defaulted to food and Star Wars.

(And yes, the conversation was awkward for a bit.)

October 4: The First Date

After talking all summer into fall, a date was finally set to meet. Kelle traveled from Tallahassee and Scott from St. Petersburg. Wanting to be mutual, they settled on a café in an tiny adorable town outside of Gainesville called Micanopy. His first words when he saw her, "There she is." It was love at first sight. After some antiquing and a lovely night in Gainesville. They ended their night at another café and with their first kiss and a statue of Mary for Kelle to represent their shared devotion to Our Mother.

October 20: "I Love You"

After a few more dates and visits, Kelle and Scott were quick with saying "I love you." to each other.

First time we said we loved each other.

June 16: Kelle Moves to St. Petersburg

Kelle and Scott quickly determined that a long distance relationship just wasn't cutting it. They needed to see each other more.

Since Scott owns a house, it made more sense for Kelle to move to St. Pete...so she did!

Kelle Moves!

Christmas: She said yes!

So how did Scott pop the question? After showering Kelle with gifts, including a bracelet and lemur onesie, Scott had the ring prepared in a puzzle box that Kelle had to solve. The entire family on both sides gathered around with their phones to film this special moment.

She said yes!
